GOOD FRIDAY SERVICE

Today the rain held off for our noon Good Friday service. We were to have it out on the grass in the open but the clouds looked threatening. We had the service under the picnic pavillion. The fellowships of Calvary Chapel Living Water (Corona) and Calvary Chapel Norco gathered together to thank the Lord for what Jesus did on the cross for us.

We had worship and then talked about God's bailout plan (Matthew 18:21-35). Pastor Jerry Simmons shared at the communion table this great scripture:

(Luke 23:44-45) Now it was about the sixth hour, and there was darkness over all the earth until the ninth hour. {45} Then the sun was darkened, and the veil of the temple was torn in two.

The pastors then served communion as we worshipped again thanking the Lord for the cross and forgiveness for sins...the bailout plan of God sending Jesus!!

See you Easter Sunday!
